Lifestyle Mentoring
Lifestyle Mentoring utilizes the mentoring relationship to improve your diet and wellness. It reinforces your already healthy habits, brings out your existing strengths, and develops your level of competence. A mentor is a trusted counselor or guide and in this program it is a registered dietitian who provides guided learning specific to your needs, to help you change your life.
This program contains the same high level of personalization as all of our programs. It is similar to our Lifestyle Restoration program in that it allows each client to choose an emphasis, program duration and a meeting format. The difference is that the frequency of meetings with the coach is reduced and your role is more active.
Clients choosing this program desire to take on a higher level of responsibility for their progress but still need guidance. They are willing to be more independent and are able to hold themselves accountable for their progress. They may have a idea of where they want to go and how they want to progress but they need confirmation and direction.

- Standard initial assessment and follow up assessments
- Food and exercise journal analysis
- Education – nutrition, fitness, health, etc.
- Goal setting and revision
- Support and encouragement
- Q&A
