Speaking Engagements


We offer seminar and workshops on a variety of health, diet and wellness topics.

Seminars – Practical information is presented in traditional lecture format followed by a question-and-answer session. This format works well for larger groups or lunchtime meetings.
Available in 45, 60 and 90 minute options and offered as a single lecture or as a series.

Workshops – Usually begins with a traditional presentation then moves into activities such as personal enrichment exercises, brainstorming, demonstrations as well as small projects and/or discussions.  The workshop closes with a question and answer session.  This format works best for smaller groups especially those where team building is desirable.
Available in 2 to 4 hour time periods.
